Utilizing this neuroscientific fact, in session we enlist the power of the mind to solicit the neurochemicals of the future state that you desire, be it good health, control, productive and successful habits, happiness, success, inspiration, motivation, essentially living the life and being you that you need and would love to live. This is called “future pacing,” and is extremely effective in rewiring the brain from anxious and compulsive thoughts, patterns, and stressful states of mind in order to regain control, experience peace, and achieve your goals of living with balance and purpose.
