These are the times when practicing discipline of the mind is essential. When Inner calm, clarity mind, loving kindness, and emotional resilience are most valuable. With over one trillion thoughts per day and the intensity of these circumstances, minds can literally drive us insane IF we allow it ~ Regret, guilt, trauma, terror, ruminating thoughts, and despair can rule our mind UNLESS we take control. WE CAN, and sooner than later. AND NOW is the time to take control. This requires, skills, practice ... and a change in brain waves.
You can experience change directly to the brain where neural pathways are formed, send the message to the brain that there is more than just crises, even experience PEACE and allow your systems to RESEST and REBALANCE ~ so Important. And then you PRACTICE... lovingly and persistently. Now is the time.
