A very beautiful Soul left this Earth at the age of 95 on January 22, 2022. His name was Thich Nhat Hanh. His presence and teaching inspired the world for peace and compassion. He held great wisdom and insight into the mind and how to decrease suffering. Among his writings are the following quotes that speak to our life, our birth and our death, our state of happiness, and the reality of our true nature as eternal. He said "We are life without limit. We are not caught in birth, we are not caught in death." "And this: "Since beginingless time, I have always been free.” “We all exist as part of a wonderful stream of life."

It is in this limitless field that each of us can begin to consciously rest as our home base. It is our place of peace, comfort, and source of clarity, insight, and guidance. It is where emotions can be integrated and trauma transformed. It is the place of meditation and prayer. There is a change in brainwaves to theta when we are tuned into this place within. It is in this field in session work together that my Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy clients come to better understand themselves, and their life.  Sleep often deepens, and the opportunity for healing increases. All faith paths, all religions speak and guide us to embody these qualities I am so grateful for his teachings, as an example in our times of Peace and Love.
